Fruiting: After the mycelium has colonized the medium (you’ll see it turning white), move the bucket to an area with indirect light and fresh air. Spray the inside with water to maintain humidity.

Harvest: Once your mushrooms grow from the holes, they are ready to harvest. Gently twist or cut them from the bucket.
